so i started in june this year and have gained 10 pounds...

Great job man! Being 13, 5'2 94 pounds you still got a lot of growing to do, and that's probably where most of the 10 pounds came from, but I'm sure a lot of the weight was from working out.

i have actually noticed my legs being more defined.... and my right tricep is evening out with my left tricep ( left one was bigger before )

funny u should say that...

this past tuesday i injured my shoulder from takling someone... gonna be back on the field this coming monday.. but that day i had a total of 4 tackles and 1 forced fumble

what position you play? hopefully defense...just curious...

i play football too

just keep eatin alot (mainly clean food, but with your size you don't have to worry about it too much) and keep liftin heavy and really focus on knowing your role on the field down to every step

ya.. well i play left guard cuz the coach wants to have me pull and knock people down.. but that day i played outside linebacker.. and i hope i play that this year... i dont like the line that much, im a big hit type of player and im suprised the coaches still havent found that out in the 4 seasons ive played with them...

well ive increased reps i can do with just about all my workouts i do.. but for one rep max im not sure

but also football has helped alot too with legs abs and stuff
