    Walking as cardio to lose fat while bulking for mass?

    want to gain more muscle mass and lose fat as the same time, can this be done by couple hours of walking a day?

    sure you can lose fat while bulking but you won't be doing either very effectively. and how the hell am I going to know if 2 hours of walking a day will do that for you, it has a lot to do with your diet!
