How does everyone get such awesome abs even when they are bulking, which I am doing at the moment? I don't get it

Because they probably have been working out longer than you have and their bodies have matured more than yours. At 14 years old and 5'1" 100 lbs you have a lot of growing left to do.
Just train right, eat right and sleep right and the muscles will come, with the abs being a part of it.Less thunder in mouth, more lightning in hand.

Just keeping work out and bulk once you get to a certain weight CUT and you'll have the weight+abs. Time is key.
