Cardio after lifting, protein shake after lifting or after cardio?

I'm on a cut, seem to hit a ceiling and can't drop weight (which is good to a point, my body fat is around 12%, still can't quite see all my abs).

So to jumpstart that (I'm at 2,000ish calories I don't want to eat any less) I'm going to add 2 miles on my lifting days at the end of my workout. I currently do HIIT on my non-lifting days.

Usually I hit the protein shake right after lifting/cardio but my question is the biggest benefit after lifting, after cardio, or after both on combo days?

    TIA

Take it after cardio, and add a bcaa product during your workout.

Agreed, as long as you aren't doing marathon cardio sessions. I personally take some bulk BCAA powder (cheap) and mix it in with some Purple Wraath (EAA) and sip on it throughout my cardio. Then when I get home, it's some whey and water and a solid meal...
