Will probably try to do something for legs tomorrow, we will see. Like I said though, if I manage to increase my deadlift and bench, idgaf about my squat right.

I am done with these oly shoes, they are the only logical explanation for my squat suckiness. I have come to the conclusion that you are a massive homosexual that should probably quit lifting if you use oly shoes.
My back has been non stop pain locked up and **** time since oly shoes.

Could always rip out the soles like some guys do, at least having some grip on your feet could prevent slipping around.
My feet pronate as well, gets annoying in my oly shoes since it wears them out towards the sides. End up strapping my Rogues down extra tight for my heavy sets to prevent movement. I try to do a lot of ankle mobility and lacrosse ball work on the bottom of my feet and calves, seems to help a bit.
