Damn, this log is moving fast! I'm off the forums for a day and I miss two pages. Deads looked great. I think I said this the other day, but the structure of 5x5 is doing you a big favor by causing you to limit any aggressive DL attempts. You have it in you but slow and steady will win out. Awesome work.

Thans MKW and this log has turned out great, far beyond what I expected.
What's guys. I just got back from the gym a little bit a ago and it was a night where I set PRS with my squat and bench. I felt strong in both and got footage of my squat and bench. Hopefully it shows well in the videos.
Today will wrap up my 8th day with the prep phase of CBL and one step closer to CBL, thank fuking GOD!!!

Video observations:
Squats - grow a beard. It will make you a better lifter overall, especially your squats.
Bench - gotta stay tighter. If you watch your arch, you flatten out a little more with each rep. If the bench is slippery, invest in some Stick-em or use some chalk. Also, pulls those feet out to drive the heels down and get some leg drive. Forearms were better than the last video, but still need work in terms of being perpendicular to the floor.

Squats looked easy.
I would try to improve your walkout though.
Too many steps and then some shuffling.
Try to limit how far out you walk out to 3 steps max.
If you have to take more than that or shuffle too much, you're wasting energy big time.the latest and greatest in training...or whatever.

numbers looked solid ant, i still only have occasional video so i cant watch. as far as film was saying with a walk out i would suggest about the size of 1 1/2 of your shoes. there's no need for any farther then that if you are still in fact going high bar.

Man, I'm about to do IF. So I read some stuff about from the author of Leangains, Martin Berkhan ( seems to be swedish guy) , his advice is to not sit around and think about food and stuff but get productive during waking hours. So I'm trying to do stuff, research, read and sleep while I'm fasting.
