Nah haven't gotten a blood test. I don't even know what my test levels are in the offseason so it wouldn't mean that much to me to see where it's at now.
However I can tell you its low for me. I have no sex drive and little to no energy. I drink probably 40oz+ of coffee a day and it doesn't even phase me.
As Berto says the goal is to keep the goal the goal. I'm trying to keep pushing for a good finish at the Yorton but I have such a hard time not thinking of the post contest binging instead of the during contest posing and competing.

Robbie, you are doing amazing man. Getting to your level of conditioning and continuing on past that is the frontier of what is naturally possible. Stay strong, we are all rooting for you!
Quick question about your carb up during the ifpa use show you did. You said you ate 600g of carbs as one of the days carb ups. Just curious if you decided to also increase/lower your protein or fat content. You looked absolutely peaked for the show and I just wanted to know how you felt? Congrats again on the 2nd place finish!US Marine 0311 Combat Vet

Robbie I saw your post on 3DMJ yesterday and wanted to encourage you with this, i know its cliche and easier said that done but it really helped me in my 10 month diet last year and that was to think of the gift that we have been given to do what we love. I was fortunate to train in a gym with a guy who was my age that had both MS and CB and everytime I felt like death or didnt want to train I just thought of him. He trained so hard relatively speaking but because of his physical ailments he will never be able to do what we love. We have a gift and the healthy bodies to do it so embrace it because even in the hard times we get to do something that most would kill to have the healthy bodies to do.

Thanks Matt. I actually think of my brother when it gets rough. He passed away a few years ago from muscular dystrophy and was wheelchair bound for the last 10 years of his life. I definitely am thankful of the gift we have and I try to keep that in my mind. It's just so hard to overcome those survival instincts we have built into our brains. MUST EAT TO LIVE lol.

Thx. I need to fill out a lot, flat as hell right there. But its all a part of the game plan as we were taking September to really get low and then bring it up all of October to fill out a lot while keeping the sharp conditioning.
My higher sodium intake is getting axed now dropping it down to 2500-3000mg max daily and going to hold it steady there while we continue to up carbs. Should do wonders for me in detail and fullness.

so I have to thank you. I started following similar macros to yours and I have to say that I'm seeing improvements in my body composition. I've tried several macro combination in the past, but the one I'm using now from following this log seems to be working better than others previously. I just wanted to give you props for posting macros that has worked for you because I wouldn't have tried them without this log.▪█───────█▪ Amat Victoria Curam
