Just boring old cardio, abs and calves this morning...but I guess it's a necessary evil. It actually wasn't that rough, although I was up again since 4am. Now Nathan's sick. Poor little dude. 153.6 for me today.
Looking like I could be down another 1.2 - 1.6 by Monday again. Weighed in a 154.4 this monday, have lost 0.8 so far, so it's shaping up to be a great week in the books.
Today is Upper Hyper (will post later), my fave day, and tomorrow I'm training at a new gym (Rob, my co-worker/friend here got me a pass for the EXTREME up by the Interchange... jus sayin... )

Morning! So the word from the Chiro is that I'm not as brokded as I thought YAY!
The only thing I can't do is deadlifts and I have to watch the weighted vest work if I up my cardio intensity i.e. sprinting with it on is probably not a good idea.
So, my back is toast today from the treatments / adjustment. I'll do my stretches (homework) and hit upper body .... because I'm allowed
