Tried PM (as noted earlier) and even offered my phone number in a subsequent PM....to no avail. Didn't mean to ruin a x-mas thread, I just sincerely wanted a reply to why he negged me especially, on Christmas day. A lot of hate there. LOL, on the rare occasions that I've ever negged a member (and never a well known member, lol), I told them right then and there why I did it. I was/am in a good mood, and even repped Flex back (positive rep) while inquiring. But hey, some people lack nerve to speak up and I have to come to terms with that. Two people here have told me he's a nice guy IRL, so I honestly thought it was a silly mistake. I know now that it wasn't. Let the good part of the thread continue.....

kevin i am not sure why you are going on and on about it. you negged me for offering John some good advise a while back and now you are acting like your **** doesn't stink.
you have made plenty of crazy threads and posts lately, even been banned. I really don't believe in negging people but really who gives a ****. you said yesterday you were over it...

I was simply replying to Corbi's post, like I'm doing now, with you....all while realizing that it unfortunately, "dirties" a thread even more. Oh wait, but you know that, because I negged you for being an "instigator", and I noted it in my rep to you (and you were relatively new here), remember? You chilled out after that, but went right back to it weeks later. And look where we are now. Imagine that......... . I will now continue to do what I did back then; ignore you.

Enjoyed Christmas a lot, this year. Spending time with my family was awesome. Wifey did a spectacular dinner
Some of the highlights; All the boys (dad included) bought my wife, a steamer/cleaner, so she has THREE (great communication- I know !! )
I asked for a hunting knife, for protection (a lot of displaced bears where we wilderness hike, due to habitat changes)
My (ex army) kid got me a SEAL knife (gotta love kids) I guess he thinks I'm going bear hunting
Walking around in the wilderness, people are going to think that I'm Rambo, or something!
I'm going to take the Sc0liosis curve out of my back and eliminate my nerve pain

you seem to now seek negative attention. lonely much?
It is nice you made up with your son, maybe you should give him a call instead of crying out for attention here.
and i am sure plenty of people ignore me online. the internet is really not srs business to me and i don't get so worked up about it that i threaten to fly places to kicks peoples asses that would beat me to a pulp.
good luck with your trolling goals in 2012

...you shouldn't let negs disturb your peace.
count your blessings, and don't sweat the small stuff.
life can throw so much srs sh*t our way. don't sweat over negs.
that's all i wanted to say.

So....
I am going to please ask that the thread gets back on topic so the thread stays open. I think the thread topic is a nice one for the holidays but if the e-arguing keeps up I'll just lock the thread. Take it to PMs or something, please. I appreciate it very much folks and I hope everyone had a good Christmas.
And to go back on topic:
I got some silver coins, some clothes, and to spend it with family. I got to see people smiling and laughing so that was good.Have you done something today to take yourself to the next level?
Always thinking of making $$ crew

I am looking to pick up an AR-15 for myself as christmas present, went to Gander Mtn today to check a couple out. left pretty quickly after seeing the massive line of people returning stuff as well as the gun counter folks being swamped with at least 20 customers needing help.
Will do my after christmas shopping next week."You know that little thing in your head that keeps you from saying things you shouldn't? Yeah, well, I don't have one of those."

I must say, people put so much thought into my gifts this year. Jim's gift to me really made my heart swell. And I also got a jar of honey from a local farm, a jar of plum jam from the same farm, and a jar of lavendar bath salts and bars of pear soap from this same farm. The woman makes everything herself. She picks the pears from her orchard and presses them herself for the goat's milk and pear soap. Heavenly! And I got the prettiest little plant pot that's a mosaic of blue and white china. I adore Staffordshire blue & white china! I am going to put the pot on a pretty china saucer, and pick up a plant of bay leaves for the pot. And I got two beautiful handmade journals. The paper is divine - just the slightest texture to it and feather-soft! And I got a lovely Nova Scotia pewter piece. I come from a long line of Nova Scotians so that is very special to me.
No drama: You know where we are.

I told you already. I got necessary work done on my car and a cell phone that brought me into the 21st century.
But I also had the privlege of watching a few vids of the leaders in sustainable farming/agriculture. It made me think----really THINK---about the waste we are all contributing to here.
I for one am going to do my damndest to be a good example for my children and choose my purchases wisely. Because if you're not part of the solution...well, you know.Sheriff John Brown always hated me

I sincerely hate to interrupt the bitching sessions, but . . .
I got way too much, but all of it was lovely. My parents didn't give us much because they gave my brother and me our Christmas gift in the fall - money for car repairs. Wouldn't you know it, we both had engine trouble. But they did get me a sweet Bengals scarf with a hood attached. It's pretty cool. Sexy got me more Bengals gear and a kettle bell for my office. Lately I'm having trouble getting away for a workout, so I vowed to do something in my office every day. And my son got me a Kuerig coffee maker. Actually, it's a Mr. Coffee, but it's the same principle. I've been wanting one for years.Simp's Back: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=165133671&page=1

I use mine at least a couple times a week. They are great for draining off extra cooking fat. Personally, I've never had any issues with dry meat. But, if one wants to keep the meat more juicy, one can wrap it in foil and put it in the grill that way.
I've gone through a few Foremans over the years. I like to use the highest temp setting, so I end up burning the teflon coating off after a few months. So now I just line the bottom with a piece of foil twice as wide as the grill, put the meat on, then fold the foil over the top, then close the lid. Works great! Chicken breasts, hamburgers, steaks.... all ready in 8 to 10 mins. Throw the foil away, wipe up any spills, all done.★DSC★

I was a poor kid and always felt bad if someone gave me a gift and I wasn't able to give them one. I'm still uncomfortable with Xmas all around, I feel better about giving than receiving. I do appreciate the things that my kids get for me and my wife and let them know that.
Santa was good to me, got some new lifting gloves, music CDs from a local shop, gift certificates to some sporting stores, the new Stephen King JFK book, a neat telescoping snow brush, new snow gloves, socks, etc.

My favorite gifts were, as always, the smiles from my kids and husband as they opened their gifts. The big winners this year appear to have been the rebreakable boards and standing bag for TKD (for the boys) and the ipod for my husband.
My husband outdid himself and got me something I have been asking for all year. I've been struggling to get to the gym with work and kid obligations, so he got me a power cage. Has dip bars and pullup bars. I can't wait to ditch my gym membership!https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=17995794

As anti-gift as I seem to be this year, that's a pretty good one. ^^^^ Besides bb flat benching and military pressing, and db or bb rows, bw and weighted dips and p/us are pretty much the only thing I've been doing for upper body work since I've been back on 5-3-1. I would <3 a power cage. I freebie scored an oly bar from this little surfer boy at this break I sometimes hang out at. I see plates all the time on craig's or www.freecycle.org. Oh, and I know I said it before, but yur avi is sexy as f*ck!!!!!
Next year, we are scaling waaaayyyyy back, and it has zero to do with finances, as I expect to be in an even better position there. The waste...the awful terrible waste of stuff we don't really need. Plastic, plastic, plastic. And don't even get me started on the batteries. I'm still going to give my children the best holiday I can, but I am going to THINK before I purchase.
The Mayans say this is our last year here on this earth, but in the case they're wrong, I want this planet to still be able to sustain my children's children.Sheriff John Brown always hated me
