In order for Netflix to balance their budget they have to raise the price in to two separate categories.

And right now, there is an unpredicted effect from the price increase they didn't plan for. That is why the stock is dropping. Because of the news of a higher than expected drop rate.

No, its not their fault. Its the same greedy people who are in the MPAA, the big companies like Sony and Time Warner. These companies are all trying to start up their own services or host more of their shows on their website with ad's for revenue...they are intentionally making outrageous terms with Netflix that are aimed to kill the service off because they have a lack of content.
