Up 6 lbs...bad weekend. I didn't even binge or anything, I just drank and ate ****ty pretty consistently.
I still worked out all week. I'm going to be switching it up to cardio twice a day and my routine lifting schedule this week. Also going to be doing a lot of meal replacement shakes with one solid meal a day, kind of carb cycling I guess to get to 329 by next week if possible or at least lose the weight I've gained this week.
To all those who have lost weight this week, good job.

I've been trying to join one of these contests to motivate me to drop some fat. I've join another thread but there was minimum participation so I thought I'd move my posts to here since there seems to be a lot of involvement. Also, I need some feedback.
Below are my previous posts and my measurement updates are tomorrow.
GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE!
_____________________________________
AS OF 10/12/10
Weight - 153 lbs
Bodyfat% - 21% according to BODY FAT EST THREAD
Measurements - 33.5' waist, 37.5' chest, 13.5' arms
Pictures - SEE BODYSPACE
Goals - see abs, muscle definition and gain strength
Program - All Pro's beginner's program and eventually train for full marathon (i've ran 3 half-marathons)
I've been doing really well with the diet. For the month of October I've just been focusing on cutting the calories and making sure that my protein intake is at a 1g/1lb BW ratio; I haven't been completely focused on fat and carb intake (they fluctuate a lot) but I am still within the 1600 - 1900 calories range at the end of the day.
Although I've lost 3.5 lbs, which is great, and my waist-to-arm ratio has decreased, I feel that my strength is decreasing. I feel really week and tired during workouts. Granted, I do fasted training at 5:00 AM but I've never had an issue before the diet.
Any suggestions?

Update
Took measurements today!
I actually looked at my log and my cut actually started from 9/13/10, I was 157.5 lbs
new stats as of 10/19/10
WEIGHT: 151.5 lbs
MEASUREMENTS: chest-37.75' arms-13.5' waist-33.25'
so 5 week cut, 6lbs lost so I think i'm right on track. I want to get between 10-12% body fat then I'll start a clean and slow bulk.
Attached is a before pix from 10/4 and after pix from 10/19. Anyone see a difference (its hard for me to tell, sorry that the lighting kinda sucks)? Also, can anyone give bodyfat% estimates? Thanks

Thanks. I've been at this since March 2009. I was losing on average 10lbs a month up till a few months ago (~170lbs) when I plateau'd for a bit. I've lost mostly due to keeping my nutrition in check (cals in < cals out). I used cardio for most of my exercise until a few months ago when I started lifting. Though I wish I would have started lifting sooner to be honest.

Is it too late??
Just wanted to know if its too late to join. I know it started at the beginning of this month, but I promise I will work hard until the year is up. Been training strict for 4 months, but just started to truly diet 2 weeks ago. Let me know. I've been inspired by the many on here who have been successful!

End of week 3 yesterday. Had some hard workouts this week which felt real good and dropped down to 266lb which is a 1.5lb loss. Perfect
Unfortunately after weighing in, the night involved steak, chips and beer. Gotta live sometimes though and managed to control myself pretty well so it shouldn't affect progress much

weighed in at 205. no change on the scale this week but the mirror is my friend on this one. also, my cheat meal took place on Tuesday (chinese food) so that could be playing games with the scale :P I will re-weigh myself tomorrow morning just to make sure. We're approaching 1 month!
On a mission to get cut like Hank Baskett's NFL career.
