Ok, so after looking through the forums and all over the internet, I've found a workout program that I'm going to follow for my cut. The program is from Animal's Training log called "Animal Training Routine 3." I will be starting this next Monday and running it for the whole 8 weeks.
Workout Journal:
I will be keeping detailed records of my progress from beginning to end using the spreadsheet I made. If anyone else decides to try this, let me know and I can send you my spreadsheet to make your life a bit easier. Here's a screen shot of it:
Beginning Stats:
I was rocking the gym really well for a while until a combination of school, work and my bro's wedding got me off track. Will be graduating in about a month with my degree in Business Management with a focus on Entrepreneurship so things should level out here in a bit.
Nutrition/Supplementation:
Diet Varies. I am in school and work full time and currently buy 5 lbs of chicken and grill it every weekend to take to work.
8am: Coffee, Black. Quaker instant Oatmeal (Maple brown sugar, apple cinnamon, et.)
10am: Chicken Breast or Whey Shake
1pm: Normally veggie omelet, chicken sandwich or fish with fruit and soup/salad
4pm: Whey Shake of Chicken Breast
7pm: Dinner varies, Last night was 2 chicken breasts adn steamed Broccoli and Carrots with a 1/2 cup wild rice.
Bed: Normally throw in a 1 scoop casein, 1 scoop whey and 12oz. fat free milk before bed.
Supplements used will be ON Whey, ON Casein, CytoSport Whey, and HigherPower Creatine
Starting Pics: Nasty but for the sake of the program and tracking progress
The Bad:
The Better:
I'm hoping to be down a good 15-20 lbs at the end of this cut once the excess water from the creatine is flushed. I will upload my workout journal once per week by uploading my screen shot of the journal filled out.
Feel Free to Critique at will!
Cliffs: I'm fat and am using Animal Training Routine 3 for eight weeks with high protein diet.

I had a wife once but she ran away with a gypsy. My heart was not ripped out but she did steal my cuckoo clock.

Workout Journal 1 complete.
I have been adapting it to my taste and forgot to bring it on Back day but still had a stellar workout. Had my Chest/Bi day this morning and this animal pump is AMAZING!
So far the Bicep workout is the only section that's lacking. I've fixed it this week and will continue to adapt this split as I see fit. So far, so good!
