I know how 'guys' should diet, just looking for input on this diet for my female friend, she and I would appreciate any thoughts or tips.
She is 5'6" and about 120lbs. She worksout 3 to 4 times a week. She is wanting to add some lean muscle mass for now and do a cutting phase a little later.
I have attached an example of the diet plan we came up with.
