I understand you got the Ephedrine from Yellow Bullet, but,
Green tea / caffeine from ? any product correct? and is the green tea/caffeine just an extract pill or like actual green tea drinks?
and what other products are/were you taking for your fishoil / multivitamin / sesamin / whatever else there was?

Just take the Yellow bullet and add some grean tea extract pills. I used the Higher power ones from Bodybuilding.com.
The only other supps I took was fishoil, Sesamin, and BCAA's

I used Extend and Scifit's Bulk BCAA's. In the end it is much cheaper to just get the extend.Originally Posted by daveske
