Good original post, but it will make some people feel negative toward themselves. Just because you don't have Mr.O genetics shouldn't deter anyone; I'm pretty sure anyone with average to slightly lower-than average genetics could win amateur contests if they were willing to put in extreme work and dedication.

As far as this entire Bondons argument goes, there's honestly no good thing that I can say. Anything will either be construed as me dickriding him or hating on him, or ignoring his existence. All I'm going to say is he is a good guy, and I don't see why anyone wouldn't like him.

Well if you actually think bondons name should be dropped in a genetics thread........not my problem. And yeah i enter every thread hoping it is so i can hate on him. Sure genetics are important, but you have no idea how good bad average your genetics are. In fact people with great genetics usually don't end up at top, since they are more lazy and rely on there natural gifts. Its usually the guy that busts his ass everday that makes it as the best.

I've spent quite a lot of time doing things I've been told I can't do.

I know I'm not a genetic monster, but I like it as it gives me that extra sense of accomplishment knowing what I have, I had to work ****ing hard for.

That's also a reason I'm pursuing MMA as it's very much a sport where will can trump genetics.

i always find it funny when guys train solely for chicks. are they really willing to bust their asses for 10 months just for the summer....lol

i was really ripped at a time but it wasn't summer so it was completely pointless. even in clubs, you can't wear a wifebeater or go sleeveless yet women barely wear anything. stupid as hell. same rules in school as well

y so much hate to bondons?!?! His body IS better than 99.9% of the teen section, I don't see how you can argue it. Does it really matter if people look up to him. He started off small and now hes big, even if you don't think hes big, the fact that he's got a small waist and big shoulders/arms makes him look bigger. Hello V-Taper?!?! I think we both started working out at the same age and the same weight and I can admit that he has a better physique than me whereas some of you can't.

obviously his physique is better than 99.9% of the teen section he isnt a teen.....hes 20...teenagers are generally classified as young people between the ages of 13 and 19....why older ppl come on here i dunno its kind of sad unless there like some kind of coach

I didnt say hes been working out since he was 13...im just saying its obvious that a 20 year old man will be bigger than a teen who is not fully developed...im not trying to insult anyone im just trying to stop the war goin on in this thread....the guy looks amazing and fair play to him...all im saying is the people that are getting jealous or whatever shouldnt in two years time anyone of medium build and average body fat can look well with hard training and a reasonably good diet...maybe more cardio than him will be necessary but youll prob be stronger too..it all balances out

haha my last post too...good point but the fact is you are fully developed once your not a teen...therefore people who arent teens have an advantage...as for those huge kids that are bigger than everyone at 14.......they have 6 years of lifting ahead of them...theyll be huge...or lose interest
