Alienation of affection is still on the books in some states. You can sue the person your spouse cheated on you with.
Screw nature; my body will do what I DAMN WELL tell it to do!
The only dangerous thing about an exercise is the person doing it.
They had the technology to rebuild me. They made me better, stronger, faster......

In some Islamic countries it is.

If married it should be a crime.
If not married then no.The closer we approach the uncertainty of life's ending the more we wish to trade all of the things we have acquired in exchange for all of the things we have lost: wealth for youth, knowledge for fresh curiosity, resignation for hope. We'd trade our wisdom for new experiences, but it is wisdom that will teach us that at the end of the road the only new experience is death.

I would like to see some of these CUCKS start to MAN-UP and SUE the CHADS and their HARLOT partners instead of just complaining and taking it like a good CUCK
CHADS and HARLOTS should be JAILED while CUCK gets the HOUSE....unless he's a renter, then maybe he just gets some kind of satisfaction when CHAD and HARLOT get carted off in the Paddy Wagon!

I think the only true crime that it's related to potentially is if they knowingly gave the GF/BF/Wife/husband a STI or something like that.
Other than that, it's just a tables-have-turned moment for married individuals who were the victim if their own income was higher and they're trying to divorce.i7-14700k

Only people who do not possess the characteristics necessary to get and keep women’s attention want the government to help out.
How much more desperate could someone be than needing government protection for personal relationships?
If you need a law to protect your relationship, you don’t have a relationship worth protecting.I only read thread titles and my own posts.

She's Japanese and CHEATING would bring SHAME to her Old Fashioned Conservative Parents. Her sisters are same as her. Never even ventured to Roppongi at night for clubbing. Only went once or twice in the day for shopping to check it out. Instead spent most of her time hanging out at places like Musahikoyama.
Her parents encouraged our relationship because I'm a real square. She wouldn't even think to oppose their decision

Infidelity should be an accountable offense, but not in the way most crimes are. IE...
If a spouse cheats on their partner, they shouldn't be rewarded half of their possessions.
Paternity tests should be mandatory and any would-be father who discovers resulting infidelity should be allowed to leave the relationship and avoid raising the offspring of another man with no penalty.
If you ask me, when it comes to relationships, women are rarely, if ever, held accountable. When they murder their offspring in the womb they get celebrated. Now think of how people react to a "deadbeat dad" who walks out on his kid...he's justifiably judged. Lots of double standards when it comes to relationships and divorce law.
