Yea if your in alts I suggest next major bounce to get out until things settle. Everything oversold so I suspect a nice relief rally soon. Unfortunately, thought btc would hold 40k. Was wrong on that. Bears been eating good for months, never been tested…..haven’t seen anything like this

This. Even being the Metis maxi that I am, I sold most of my bag at 220. The goal over the next week really shouldn't be to make profits but simply not blowing up your portfolio. I've still got 30% of my portfolio in metis because i'm not wanting to try and time the bottom, but i do have a nice 6figure stash of stables to buy in whenever i determine it adequate to do so.

Meh, there's basically two types of ppl on this thread now, the ones that cashed out, and are now fear mongering, and the ones holding, and the posts perfectly reflect their view.
At the end of the day no one truly knows shiet, and this as been proven time and time again , if the market suddenly bounces back, the ones funding will look like retards, and if it doesn't, they will tell you, "I told you so".
Because ofc, everyone is a complete genius after the fact.
If the past as says anything, is if you hold, the chances of you being good are on ur side.
All this to say, idgf, let it all crash? Good il buy some more, market bounces back sooner than expected? Good, I'm still deep green.
Yolo.

I'm usually wrong on macro-economic stuff but i'm going to take another shot at it.
Inflation is too tangibile and visible for the government to kick the can down the road. I think an announcement from FOMC on wednesday will state they really are going to raise interest rates and we see spy/btch take a phat dump.
For quite literally all of 2021, youtube has been nothing but "the crash is coming, the crash is coming" but the money printer has been non-stop. To date the only thing they had to scare/manipulate the market was covid. But now there's covid (dying out), Russian/Ukraine conflict, tangible infaltion which means an interest rate hike. I think things are going to get absolutely hideous over the next week. Market will try to bounce back later today, and most of tuesday whiile people try to have faith in FOMC announcing something that'll pump the market but i just don't see it.DCA'ing FXS since Sept2022

Looking at the top 30 coins by market cap from the middle of January 2018.
Take a guess of how many coins made an ATH since then?
Let’s take a look.
New ATH since January 2018, Yes or No?
BTC - Yes
ETH - Yes
XRP - No
BCH - No
ADA - Yes
LTC - Yes, barely, briefly
XEM - No
XLM - No
NEO - No
IOTA - No
EOS - No
DASH - No
XMR - Yes, barely, briefly
TRX - No
BTG - No
ETC - Yes
ICX - No
QTUM - No
LSK - No
NANO - No
OMG - No
ZEC - No
BNB - Yes
XVG - No
STRAT - No
BCN - No
SC - No
BCC - No
PPT - No
VEN - No
Only SEVEN out of the top THIRTY (7 / 30 = 23.3%) coins made a new all-time high since then.
The coins are: BTC, ETH, ADA, LTC (briefly), XMR (briefly), ETC, BNB.
Of those seven coins, only FIVE made an ATH long enough for any investor to realistically profit near the top ( 5 / 30 = 16.7%).
This proves:
- Even projects that seem fairly damn solid can fall off in this space, and fall off quickly.
- Understanding the fundamentals of a project is super important if you want to increase your chances of making a profit.
- Actually taking profits after your investment goes for 5x, 10x or 25x is probably a smart idea. Very few projects continue to see large growth through multiple long bear/bull cycles.
- This time could be different, but also might not be.

We're entering buy territory here. Although i'm weary due to numerous external circumstances that could continue to nuke the market.
METIS is at a great discount. MOVR is on my radar too... that project is completely nuked to hell, but I think it has huge potential in the future. Any thoughts on MOVR boys?

My card was a shade under 4 weeks from "issued" to shipped and at my front door. Some pages back, someone recommended going on the Crypto ******** and and DM the rep there for an update. I did and never got a response. IDK if it made a difference but two days later it said "shipped" and was delivered within that week.

Roy Niederhoffer and Dave Hunter both think the FED will flip at least for now. I can see one last meltup in legacy if they do. But alts are cooked. The froth needs to be culled and flow back to BTC or it's done.
Asia frontran the dump. That liquidity is gone for the most part. FED pumping less money into the market for months now. Multiple rate hikes on the horizon.
The only copium I can even fathom is the FED does a complete reversal that coincides with more countries adopting BTC / volcano bonds and we get a 2017 style BTC blowoff top. We all know what happened to alts before and after then.
At the end of the day this is a game of probabilities. What smart money will be bidding ****coins here? Where is the trillion in liq going to come from to bid them back to ATH? Some may outperform, but retail has been decimated.

If you said that we would have a thread up with 46 pages and not a single mention of NEO in 2018 everyone would laugh at you. Almost everything in this market is a ghost chain, vaporware, or a grossly speculated play. There aren't any bluechip layer 2's either. In 2018 we had raiden and omg. All but dead. Layer 1's? EOS,Tron,Nano,Dash etc etc. Theres a reason most people in traditional finance laugh at and avoid crypto. This chit is a penny stock pump and dump boiler room and were all low brow mouth breathing subhuman retard apes.
