Yea unlike most sports who's coach of the year goes to a "top team" for some reason the NHL's coach of the year award goes to coaches who's teams are expected to be near the bottom but end up making the playoffs

in any other league Joel Quennville/Trotz would also be top 3...

I think Sullivan getting 111 points out of a Penguins team with their major injuries is more impressive than Tortorella getting CBJ to 108 points because Bobrovsky stood on his head. Just look at the difference in the Pens after Sullivan took over from Johnston.
