Hammie there is always so much going on in here. I am so sorry about the work situation. I understand, I commiserate, the vast majority of working class America is just bloody idiots. Sorry.
Max is adorable as always!
Sorry about the plumbing problem. They are pricey after hours and on holidays!!
Hope you can get the stomach situation figured out.

BRB gotta stop 3x on the way to work, mcdonalds hate me. He is a little sweet pea isn't he?
Holy crap mine is 5k only once a week, mine must not be that low then. I'd be happy with an answer so at least I could do something to minimize my issues, rather than them saying "well we have no idea, dealwithit.jpg" LOL I'm poo allll the time crew, I'm like 99.9% sure I have never had once instance of constipation in my life. If I don't chit for like 8 hours I'm like omg wtf is going on.
Thank you JJ, yeah it is really aggrivating when I try so hard to get everything straightened out but when you have employees a huge part of your plan succeeding is THEM actually doing a good job too. If they bail or don't give a fuk then it won't work no matter how organized I have everything.

~The Life and Times of Ham~
Worked a fukton Thurs and Fri, got home very late, slept til 1pm Sat. Did grocery shopping, things around the house that needed to be done so I have clean bras and forks, and put together my Power tower!
Hyoge power tower is hyoge, had to put in garage because too tall for basement or any room in the house...
The arms fold back down to do ab stuff...
Probably gonna tear down that one shelf so I can put it up against that wall, had to move one of the cars outside for now (it's been like 60 degrees so that's fine, in winter when it's -20 and a foot of snow in the driveway I can't do that.) Took like 2 hours to put together, probably 100 bolts/nuts and 20 major pieces, was pretty easy to follow just a lot of parts to put together. Very sturdy and the reason I really wanted this particular one was the angled handles at the top. The bars that are just straight really fuk my elbows and shoulders sometimes, the little curves make it much more forgiving if you're going to be pulling up a 175lb ham all over the place.
Anyways doing a Back/Biceps day at home today, thinking DL, rows, pull ups, chin ups. I have to work late again tomorrow, possibly can get a workout in Tues (bench press.) And as I was cursing the world once again when I woke up today thinking about this coming work week (still have people on vacation different days, still short handed, going to be in a different area every day and doing extra stuff) I *think* it may be possilbe that I could not even have to drive either Thurs or Fri. That would be a blessing from the ham gods. So if that works out I could have to only go in for a couple hours in the morning to set people up and then go home at like 8am. I'm really hoping it works out like that.Current PRs:

New power tower is awesome! Figured out I have to put those ab arms up to have enough room for pull ups and chin ups, once I did that it was a lot easier. The first couple sets were harder trying to find an efficient way to get my versa grips strapped up there but I got it now. There's a handy little crossbar which I can use as a sort of step since the thing is so tall and my arms are so midget. I'm amazed how sturdy that thing is, I'm around 180 with clothes/shoes/ipod on, strong power tower is strong. Gonna have to get a fan in there for summer when the garage gets hot, and probably open the door too so all the neighbors can mire. I wanna do pull ups chin ups a few times a week now that I have access to this, I wanna become a master at those. My back and armz will become so beastly people will go wow your back and arms are so beastly!Current PRs:

Nice liftin' Hammie. Love the Power Tower. I would totally get one of those right now if I had somewhere to put it. Basement if full of crap and I'm pretty sure the ceilings are too low, and the garage is full of vehicles (and also crap). Someday...

Gimme a few months and I shall be running around the city wearing a paper hat that says Pullup Champ. I want to get really good at these.
Yeah those are hard if you don't do em for a bit. But get on it, woman, never know when you will be dangling over the edge of a volcano and your only escape is to pull yourself to safety (and a basket of kittens as well, do it for the kittens for ham's sake!) Tempted to cut to like 162 to become amazing at these. Was 170 today so it's not too far off.
DO IT! Got one car living in the driveway now, have wanted this thing so bad since November and yeah it is insanely tall, wouldn't even fit in my bedroom. (So confused what the purpose is for them making it so tall, unless you're 6'7" there's no need.) I need to clean out my garage and make it into a secondary home gym of sorts. BRB lawn mower and one lonely shovel in the corner and everything else lifting related in garage.

Today was blah, nothing but problems. I have that sleep app that wakes you up "gently" with nature music and crap... man if I ever find myself in a forest with a babbling brook and a whimsical harp playing I am gonna go HAM with a chainsaw through your forest. Every morning you have to pick which face of the dude you are - happy, neutral, or angry as fuk. Has been angry as fuk the last 27 weekdays lulz. Anyways I'm going to bed early tonight and hoping to get out of work at a decent enough time to lift after.Current PRs:

So fukking mad today. Got a sammich on way home from work to pepper angus for Chest Day, found out after I drove away they forgot to put the meat on my sammich. BRB eating a mushrooms and mustard and olives sammich, wtf man? Jimmies rustled, then I accidentally dropped my cooler full of ice water on my got damn ipod soaking said ipod in water. Man I have not been that angry probably ever. There was water dripping out of the auxilary jack connector and the screen turned all kinds of weird colors. I shook it to get some of the water out, I guess, and even smashed it against something to get water out (made sense at the time, srs.) It's not working at all now. I've had that ipod for SEVEN YEARS, it's an 80gig ipod video which I have thousands of songs on, pretty much my whole life is on there. I don't mind buying a new one since I've gotten so many years out of that thing and I don't think they're supposed to last 7 years anyways, but my issue is I have changed laptops like 3x and was never able to figure out how to get purchased itunes from previous laptops to the new laptops, so my music is kinda all over the place. I have one old laptop so I'll see if I can get it to start and possibly rip everything off with a zip drive and get it on my current computer. Losing my chit right now since I'm unsure if I potentially lost like 5,000 songs that I have paid for either from itunes or from cds I bought many years ago. Got like 100 songs on iphone so I used that today, but can't keep lots of music on there cause it takes up too much space.
Strong lifting day resulted from all the rage. Probably could've thrown 170 on there for a couple doubles but was being too much of a maniac throwing chit around in my gym to want to risk going any heavier than 165. Pull ups and chin ups felt good, still very very hard, but that's why I'm going to practice the hell out of them until they squeal for mercy.
EDIT: Yes I have storage space in the Cloud, but I honestly do not even understand how that works. I signed up with that just to back up my calendars and contacts on my phone, completely unaware if that has anything to do with music? Also ipod is sitting in bowl of rice as a last resort to try and fix it, really doubtful, that was A LOT of water.Last edited by thehobbes; 04-15-2015 at 07:10 PM.

Oh yes, rage ensued, you probably heard my hammeth war cry all the way in your state yesterday.
That was a horrible day. Thanks, I'm trying hard with the chins/pulls, having a lot of fun with my power tower.
That sammich place is so bad, never thought they'd forget to put the meat on a frickin' ham, turkey, roast beef sammich but somehow they managed it!
Damn 10 years, hoping the rice does something for it, I miss my ipod so much.
I'm hoping so, it wasn't like I dropped it in a pool or something so I'm thinking I have a decent chance at bringing it back, then again online it did say don't try to turn it on, which I did immediately after the incident and it DID turn on (not anymore) but I hope I didn't make it worse.
Hmmm that sounds like way more water than what mine encountered, hopefully this revives it.
Oh lawd, nooooo!
It is a crime against gainz I tell you. Where I go they have like a checklist you fill out with what you want so it can't possibly be any easier, just add everything on the list, brb order ham sammich with mushrooms and mustard but get turkey with green peppers and ketchup, da fuk?
Lots of problems with work once again. Actually got out at a decent time but had 10+ phone calls coming in after of weird problems. I really need a day here and there where people just leave me the hell alone instead of calling me til 8pm about this chit. Many of the issues are silly/childish/common sense type things so I think that makes it all the more irritating. Anyways managed to get some food, watch a netflix movie Tracks (excellent movie, has cute as fuk dog in it too), and took a short nap with Max.Current PRs:

Doesn't iTunes keep track of what you have bought? You may be able to just redownload what you purchased online on the music. THat so totally sucks. I got mine stolen out of my car when we lived in Houston and I actually cried. I am not real into things but my iPod I am into!!
How in the world does anyone make a sandwich with no meat? This is insane.

Ohhhh no, stolen. Hugs brohametta. I don't completely understand how itunes works with different devices, and different laptops. That's what screwed me up last time, most of my music was on old computer and could not figure out how to get that transfered to new laptop and new ipod. I did locate the folders of the mp3s for all my downloads on THIS laptop so I'm thinking of starting my old laptop and throwing the files onto a jump drive and then forcing them into itunes here. Truly don't understand Cloud though. Also I have had past problems when trying to put CD tracks into itunes these days, I mean I paid for all that music back in the day lol, so why do they not want me to do that?
No one understands the Cloud.

Great workout, got a few heavy sets of squat in there, they seemed to feel pretty good today. I can already see some improvement in my pull ups and chin ups, I think this is the third time I've used my Power Tower, will continue to use it multiple times per week. Fun workout overall today. Wanted to lift yesterday and was running a bunch of errands in the afternoon, ended up getting a work call that actually took 3 hours of my time (did not even realize it until I hung up and looked at the timer.) By the time I got home it was getting on 8pm and I just wanted to eat and relax. Would like to do bench press tomorrow if there's time.
So I got my ipod to turn on for a bit and actually play flawlessly, only for a short time though. Seems it does ok if I have it laying down but there's something screwed up when you stand it up, and the screen is wrecked. I put it back in the rice, and did buy a brand new 62gig ipod touch yesterday. I'm hoping I can at least connect the old one to the laptop to figure out something as far as transferring files/backing it up. If I can get all the music I already paid for transferred I'm happy, 7 years is more than enough time to get out of an ipod, was an 80gig video, seems the trick is getting one with a huge amount of space and not filling up all that memory, it'll last you til you kill it. Oh and Best Buy is sneaky, I usually do the order online and pick up at store thing (I'm never home to sign for packages if I got something like an ipod), they keep so few of each kind that they will say "out of stock" online, just go to the store and ask, they have them.
Made some bbq ribs in the crockpot tonight with potatoes and carrots, came out amazing!Current PRs:
Bench Press: 200x1
Deads: 315x1
Back Squats: 275x1

Nice workout there Hammie. Awesome squattages!! You look like you've already improved with the chin/pull ups! You going to be a chin/pull up machine soon.

Nice lifting Hammie! I really need to try your superset of death. I think I'd get maybe 3 sets tops and then I'd have to go lie down in a quite place for a while
