Relaxed or not, Phil was pregnant probably by someone of the judges or the commentator .... And lets not forget all crap talk you Phil Heath fans talk about Kai gut before the Olympia and how he should not win cause of his gut .... This is laughable.
And Ramy dwarf Phil big time. Even if my pic is zoomed i post it from Ramy thread, the Roro one it isnt.

Personally I think Phil should try and get in the same condition as he did in '11. I don't think any extra mass will help him (it might do just the opposite.)

Even if he adds 5 more pounds of muscle, he will still be out sized by guys like Kai, Dennis & Ramy. That isn't going to change.

With what his frame can hold, I think he just might have maxed out. Which is fine, but better to be extremely refined like he was in his first Olympia victory than what he went for this year.

Still, I think at the finals he looked much better than he did towards the end of prejudging, though he started strong.

Kai looked good once he picked up some steam in the prejudging and he looked good at the finals too, but is it just me or was there something off with his look?

I don't mean with his physique, did he not have enough tan? oil?

Also, I would be interested to see what would happen if Phil would adjust his posing.

His back double bicep is great and though I don't think his front double bicep is bad, I think it's good as well, but if he hit it differently perhaps like Rhoden and Kai do, would it look better?

From looking at his 2011 win, he seemed to pose more relaxed and it looked better. His fdb is '11 is much better then the ones from 12 - 14.

Also, if given the choice for most muscular, why go for the crab? I think he has a good crab mm, but his hands clasped or hand on hip is a much better pose for him.

Why not take advantage of that?
Other than that he looked very good but that stuck out to me as, odd.

Yep, Phil's route = Dexter and Shawn Ray's route - quality over quantity. Only a few chosen ones can build quantity and quality at the same time, a la Ronnie Coleman or Dorian Yates.

I don't want to get involved in these internet fights, but Heath won. In 2012 I had Kai winning, but not here. Kai has that "smooth" look and looking at the pics, he is often caught not posing. His right shoulder looks gone, something not right with his left tricep, it doesn't seem that he can properly show cuts in his chest in the mm, in the back relaxed it almost looks like his arms are too long, etc.

Heath still has those balloon muscles. More separation in his thighs, round shoulders and full triceps and he is Mr Olympia. To me he wasn't knocked out at all.

I was watching the live stream and all the photos posted time by time and concluding the same but to my surprise everybody praising Kai's superior conditioning owning Phil etc which I didn't spectate at all specially in PJ and everybody was like KAI is a clear cut winner & I was like Phil vs Rhoden could be a better comparison..
