His form is alright but theres a TON of stress being put on his skeletal structure and tendons in virtue of the weights hes using. When you're on stuff you really don't get feel the full effects of super heavy training beacuse everythings being repaired or 'masked' if you will.
If he keeps his form in check he'll be fine but if he makes the same mistake I did (training heavy ALL the time with semi-good form) he'll get injured. If mr olympia rows 315 when he's blasting supplements for the olympia prep and you haven't won a pro show theres no real need for you to push that kind of weight. Just goes to show that the less weight you have to lift to look good the longer you'll be in the sport (dexter, jay, probably phil etc)."You're a real winner.
