I'll be 100% honest though, I could have taken some measures to help the recovery process and didn't.
Between pre and post workout stretching, at home physical therapy with resistance bands...
I seem to take long breaks from the weight room (I'm talking months) and when I get back in it, I start off a little too heavy. I'm sure that's half the problem.
If I would have trained smart after the initial injury, it may have prevented a lot of the pain I still have today

Imagine you're trying to jam your pork sword into some braindead sorostitute's meat wallet that night. You think you can just walk away from that?

Ok, all done...
Said that my flexibility and range of motion are good, and since I don't have any extreme pain, he believes I may have just tweaked it and caused some tendonitis... he gave me an antiinflammatory to take for two weeks and asked to cut weight/volume in half while im taking it.... and i have to go back in two weeks...
Since its only happening when I am lifting and everything else is pretty much normal with only slight discomfort, he wanted to try this before ordering an xray/mri...
Seems fair so im going to follow his orders for two weeks and cut back on upperbody till I go see him again...

Bad shoulders crew checking in. Torn labrum in October, surgery Nov 18. My max benched 350 cleaned 300, military pressed 185 3x8 before. 3 month rehab, started regular lifting Feb 18th. My lifting now are Bench max I would guess 325, Military 135 3x8 (Cant improve this one right now, yet my shoulders with shoulder press and dumbbells and ish are going up), and I can clean 285 for sure, maybe 300 again but havent tried.

I do have a positive update. Grade 1 AC joint strain according to my chiro. Couldn't do any chest movements for 3-4 months. Did 205X5 on incline BB bench yesterday, was so stoked. It gets better bro's just got to give it the proper rest and rehab as necessary. I'm not fully recovered yet, but just happy to be back being able to work my chest.

Issues with my scapula right now, which I've incorporate some rehab work to it. My shoulder is also hurting and I'm working around that in the interim.
