~2 month difference. the first pic was crazy good lighting, much stronger now. i only gained ~2lbs(wtf) but im eating 1kcals over calculated maintenance. Think Im just gonna keep upping the cals. Must have a fast metabolism or something
What should I change? I aim for 400g of carbs, 100g of fat and 200g protein

Protein makes up only 25% of your calories? That's part of where you've gone wrong. Dial the carbs back a bit; bring up the protein count. Someone can correct me if they think I'm wrong, but Carbs-Protein-Fat should be more like 40%-40%-20%. What workout are you using? You look like you've gained no lean size.
