    hows my bulk going guys

    ~2 month difference. the first pic was crazy good lighting, much stronger now. i only gained ~2lbs(wtf) but im eating 1kcals over calculated maintenance. Think Im just gonna keep upping the cals. Must have a fast metabolism or something

    What should I change? I aim for 400g of carbs, 100g of fat and 200g protein

    i dont really trust it because weight fluctuates between morning/after, theres water weight etc.

    Protein makes up only 25% of your calories? That's part of where you've gone wrong. Dial the carbs back a bit; bring up the protein count. Someone can correct me if they think I'm wrong, but Carbs-Protein-Fat should be more like 40%-40%-20%. What workout are you using? You look like you've gained no lean size.

    I was doing 40/40/20 in my first pic but after doing research i found out you only need 1g protein per lb. getting 300g of protein everyday is pretty rough too

    chest/back/legs/shoulders focusing on compound lifts (except deadlift)

    There's no ****ing way that's only 3200 calories. My carbs are at 200 ish and I'm around 2900 calories.

    wtf? what are your macros? from what i understood you need 1g protein/lb, i just estimate up to 200g. .5g fat/lb so i do 100g of fat. and the rest carbs
