Snuck my benching in early fasted today...gotta go back later for squats. Peppering angus. Heavy triples today...295 is kind of jumping into my head as the goal but I gotta see how im feeling.

misc: Didnt feel like doing any of the @9 and load drop today. Had 295 x 3 in mind, hit it. had 275 x 3 x 5 in mind. hit em...cant do DLs today cuz I have cellulitis on my hand and cant grasp the bar. #jewimmunesystem. On antibiotics now so hopefully itll be better by friday.
Pretty sure it was PRs across the board today too.

yup it was cinnamon buns...with all the fruit and other things I eat that have sugar it would be foolish to eat a whole pint. I've literally only eaten a whole pint of premium stuff once...its just too much. Ill kill pints of the yoplait froyo, and occasionally the blue bunny cake flavors, but those are only like 600 cals.

I can try to make a video if u guys want? I do some basic stuff like wide BW squats and sit in the hole for a while. "fire hydrants", foam roll, duck walk, and a few other things. they help but im not 100% yet. Im still blaming my current bout of pain on my stupidity a few weeks back when i first discovered low bar. I squatted "heavy"(for me) like 4-5x in a week. my flexors were not peppered.
lol dont wonderpug me bra...its just common sense not to eat 100s of grams of sugar in a day. thats something you learn in like kindergarten

I think the keyword in your poverty beard is "poverty." Do smolov for squats and it'll add some hair on your face
Bench form looks pretty decent, but seems like you could benefit from a bit more arch if you have the flexibility to do it.
Strong WTF at how high that pullup bar seems in the rack. If you're 5'10 and had to stand on the safety racks to grab the bar, that's pretty ridiculous lol.Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. lol. ive only eaten a full pint of BnJ once...and my squats are not really strong at all, but thank you.
varies a lot. whole PL club was in the gym yesterday so i was probably there for 2 hours spotting, filming, amping em up.

lol well i have never been able to grow facial hair. that little poverty patch has taken 2 weeks, srs...as for bench form, I wish i could get more arch b/c it would shorten my excessive ROM, but honestly thats as much arch as I can do. I wear baggy shirt so u cant really see it, but there is a tight arch. im not flat back "bro benching" ...and yes the pullup bar is very high. prob 9.5 feet.
im in 3 different classes about evolution. ill school you on the Australopithecines.
