I forgot to post yesterday that I did cardio after my workout, my weekly cardio days are usually Thursday, Sunday, Tuesday this week it is still Thursday, Sunday, Tuesday but I did the cardio I would have done Sunday today since we will be out of town... confusing I know but basically my cardio today will go towards next weeks total.
2/19/13-Tuesday

2/20/13- Wednesday
Weight:133.2 (been between 133 and 133.2 for a week now minus the couple days I was up from high carb day... hoping for a drop tomorrow!)

On the scale, I do struggle with it too, but I learned my real struggle was when I felt like Sh*t. It took me ages to realize that even when the scale said .5 down, I would still have a bad mind fuk day when I felt bloaty etc. So maybe there's a connection for you with something and the scale. I know if I didn't fit my clothes, and the scale went up, well, life's over haha. But, sometimes just the feeling of being bigger was what it was, and once I could make that distinction, the scale held less of a pull on my mind and emotions.Last edited by JennLifts; 02-28-2013 at 01:31 PM.

watching the v-log now, but the scale can be a REAL mind phuck when you're dieting... you're def. leaner, regardless of what the scale said, there's good separation showing in your quads, and your back/chest are getting very defined!
