I get the cheapest beef available, carrots, red potatoes, onions, broth and let the crock pot do the rest. Do you guys season your beef, or just use broth?
I'd say the tropical flavors would go better with water and the vanilla/chocolate flavored protein would be better paired with milk. I use double rich chocolate w/milk and a little bit of ice cream.
