Hate to tell you but it's not the whey or the fish oil that's making you gain bodyfat significantly.
They could make you bloat or feel bloated but not gain a significant amount of BF

Milk, yogurt, banana, peanuts for texture, PB, scoop of whey, oats...fukkin delicious
You can always add some avacado for fats and cals or even just some olive oil
