    that was my last workout , yep, its been that long, all weights were the same except i went up to 520 in the squat for 5 reps. Leg extension was 200 for 9 reps.

    Warmup on leg extension
    20 lbs for 15 reps
    50lbs for 10 reps
    80 for 6 reps.
    100 for 2 reps

    Warmup in the squat;
    135 for 10 reps
    185 for 5 reps
