I stopped driving a car altogether after a few years, with that also stopped owning a car...it just tires me out....also have to always worry about refilling petrol, maintenance, repair etc....everything about it just so tiring...I find public transport equally tiring...so I don't use a vehicle...

Its because its genetics. 80% of what you can do is being lean. Everything else is just a bonus and wont save you if your bone structure sucks.
