Thumbs up LOL brother just spent 25K for "renovations" on his 5K sq ft house

The rent for my 500 sq foot studio is 900 per month 25,000 / 900 = 28 months = 2.3 years So for all the money he spent renovating I can rent for 2 years and 3 months In that time the 25K he spent on renovations will start becoming outdated LOL I win again
