Yes I know it is thursday and not wednesday...I had two tests between this time and had to move it back. I had to go to the gym late today (around 9PM). This was a good workout because I went up on two of my lifts. I also worked on my clean and press form more, emphasizing a powerful cleaning action using my traps, deltoids, and lower back. This helped me create an explosive press, much like a powerlifter, so I was proud of that.

B, you should start supplementing with 50 to 75 mg diphenhydramine + 10 oz. low carb wine every night. I've been on this regimen all week and have found that it helps me avoid getting my mind stuck on negative thoughts...or any thoughts for that matter.
Tonight I'm experimenting by adding white russians to the mix. I'll post back in a few weeks or so, if I feel like it.Creeping while you're sleeping.

Preety good leg day. I went up a little weight on the front squats. The other exercises remained constant. I also did some ab exerices (cable crunches and russian twists). Overall good workout. Nice.

10/8 Back / Biceps
Strong ass day. I gained strength in my deadlifts and barbell bent over rows. Weighted pullups were still strong, I even did a drop set. I decided to try a few different exercises today:
-Preacher curls (haven't did them in forever). I believe these will help improve my bicep peak.
-Static Hangs - powerful forearm exercise
