i am 6'4 about 180 (still gotta gain alot) and i maxed out at 230 the other day

Who cares what people can bench, what their weight is and height. It doesn't matter what height and weight is, and most people lie about everything on this site anyways. It really doesn't matter, and there is no need to even ask a question such as this.

yea i've got to say that most of the people on this board call bs if you are over 250 in bench. In my opinion its because they are pissed that they aren't at these levels and can't grow. I've posted it before let me see if i can find it on thsi site.

Eh, I'm taking a guess from my last bench max. I think it's purely useless to know your max bench if it fluctuates under conditions, and especially conditions where you would actually need to use it.

5'10'', 175lbs
(the other day I said 165 to someone, but I weighed in this morning at 175, I must have just made a mistake...)
aaand, my last max bench was (easily pushed at) 210lbs. I should have set another 10 on there, but I might not have been able to get that up.

Jross, my body is similar to yours. My body fat isn't quite as low, my abs are quite a bit bigger (like, coming out near even with my chest, which isn't (I don't think) as defined as yours), my biceps are bigger, triceps look a bit smaller, and my shoulders seem around the same.

I'm not a full on body builder though. I build for practical martial arts use mainly. : )

I'm 16 years old.

Just doing it for the hell of it lol. I think my chest has grown a bit since that pic. I met a few guys at my gym and they are really helping me out. I started working out abs too finally. I kind of want to hit 400 before the end of my senior year, but i don't think its happening.
