Protien smothies are soooo damn good!!! 38g of protien and no added sugar!!!! I love those things. Are they as good as they look?

you obvisouly dont know his past and his current problems he has.. and also how much he intakes.. its not his fault he takes in about 3300 cals or so and has trouble bulking.. he is also very active.. so i conder u not talking **** on the kid unless u know his background or what his digestive problems are
aind is full of knowledge and knows his ****.. and yeah soy may not kill you but we are males and tend to derive off of Testosterone and stray away from the estrogen in soy

Sometimes the amount of sugar from the fruit in smoothies is disgusting, I mean, 4 servs of fruit at once is not my opinion of "low sugar". And no, I've never heard of that chain, but whatever.
It is so cheap to make your OWN smoothie. Freeze orange juice into ice cubes. Throw 4 strawberries, 3 oj ice cubes, 0.5 cups milk, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder in a blender. Tastes better, doesn't give me a damn sugar high.31-26-36.

It's good, it works better with frozen strawberries, then you don't get a few chunks here and there. Of course, you need an ice crushing blender.

3.)try just packing a piece of fruit and a whey shake. honestly 4 servings of fruit in a 12 oz bottle is a ****load. try eating 4 grapefruit or apples, you get full - quick
4)soy protein isnt all that bad for T levels as long as it isnt a main source of protein. it is a complete protein with health benefits. dont be afraid of it just use in moderation if you have to"Don't Talk About It - Be About It"

For protein on-the-go, you could always take a small cooler or an insulated lunch box/bag with you. Wraps keep well. I have tuperware that fit folded wraps. Just put some tuna + mayo or chicken + dressing in the wrap. I have 4 meals that have high protein, and 2 snacks that don't - for my snacks, I will have combinations of nuts, crackers, nut butters + fruit.
