    Hi Dan, first and foremost, congratulations on taking control of your health and fitness level at such an early age. So many of us wait years before doing the same. You are building habits that will stay with you for years. Your back looks very lean you have a strong foundation. After you've gained muscle mass, the results will be amazing.     sick back work, but you need to do some lateral pull downs and raises, also try back extensions/good mornings to chisel your lower back.
