Hey fellas, I thought I'd post this as I got a couple of PMs on the same topic. As many of you may know, Universal takes customer service very seriously. G Diesel and I do our best to take care of any questions and issues here.

But the good fellas in the Customer Service Department at Corporate are amazing. If you have any product question or concern, just call 'em up at 800-872-0101 five days a week (M-F), 8am-5:30pm Eastern Standard Time. You'll talk to a live rep, no answering machine. Or you can reach 'em by email at info@universalnutrition.com.

If you ever have a question G or I don't get to, feel free to contact Corporate. Some good people over there. Thanks fellas.

absolutely..Having you here as a rep having other reps here and at the forvm
answering questions truthfully,

Plus having a person to talk to if you have a question not a machine is great too

You guys definitely pride yourselves on customer service, and that is nice to know...it makes people feel a lot more comfortable using the products when they know that they can speak with anyone at anytime to advise them on whatever issue they may have. Kudos to you guys!

Well since you are here, there is only 1 thing...you guys need a distirubter here in Canada... Samples are only available to you yanks!

Universal has a distributor in Canada bro... Problem is in shipping stuff from the U.S.

yes, it's nice to know that you've helped someone out when they are in need. I just think about times when I started out...and I would make a thread, checking it every 5 minutes to see if anyone had helped me out yet. I think about that whenever someone asks me a question, sends me a PM, IM's me, or whatever, and I always try to answer as quickly and thoroughly as possible because I know that a lot of the times having these questions answered means the world to people.

ok... Yeah Customs can be a little picky, especially since Idont think they are educated in a lot of the different supps. So there can be looooooooooooong waits at customs!
