You guys definitely pride yourselves on customer service, and that is nice to know...it makes people feel a lot more comfortable using the products when they know that they can speak with anyone at anytime to advise them on whatever issue they may have. Kudos to you guys!

yes, it's nice to know that you've helped someone out when they are in need. I just think about times when I started out...and I would make a thread, checking it every 5 minutes to see if anyone had helped me out yet. I think about that whenever someone asks me a question, sends me a PM, IM's me, or whatever, and I always try to answer as quickly and thoroughly as possible because I know that a lot of the times having these questions answered means the world to people.

ok... Yeah Customs can be a little picky, especially since Idont think they are educated in a lot of the different supps. So there can be looooooooooooong waits at customs!
