Chest - 3 exercises totaling 9 sets
Triceps - 2 exe totaling 6 sets
Shoulders - 2 exe totaling 6 sets
Abs - 2 exe totaling 4 sets
Wrist - 1 exe totaling 3 sets
Wednesday & Saturday
Legs - 3 exe totaling 9 sets
Lowerback - 1 exe totaling 3 sets
Traps - 1 exe totaling 4 sets
Lats - 2 exe totaling 6 sets
Biceps - 2 exe totaling 6 sets
Middleback - 1 exe totaling 3 sets
Which do you think is better that workout out program or a different 4 day split training each muscle once a week but harder? Is it enough to gain good muscle? Will be switching back to a bulk with around 3500 - 4000 cals a day soon so diet is in check and all that good stuff.
Stats: 20 years old, 6'2", 194 lbs, 34" waist, 16.5" biceps, been working out for 6 months.

Currently bulking
6' 2"
197lbs Nov. 21st was 175lbs sep. 5th
15% body fat was 9%
50 1/2" shoulders was 47"
43" chest was 41 1/2"
16 1/2" arms was 15 1/4"
