    My new CrE2, just a quick question?

    What do you guys think the best times of the day are to take the Supplement?

    like 1/2 hr. before and after workout or i was also thinking morning and then 1/2 hr. before workout

    I took it around 10 am, and then again at 4:30pm (about 45 minutes before my workout), and it worked great. I dont think you can go wrong with CEE products.

    I take my CrE2 around 9 am with breakfast then again around 5 pm with dinner [post workout] I'm on Day 10 now with some good results so far...
