I am not sure what you are looking for us to critique. You posted what seems to be exercises from the template provided. These exercises should change every 1-3 weeks for Max Effort lifts, and 3-4ish for accessory/supplementary. So what is the question?
if you use the exercies from the westside template you CAN"t mess it up. I have no Idea why people keep asking us to critique their westside programs. I have no problem helping you out but YOU DON"T NEED HELP CRITIQUING IF YOU FOLLOW THE TEMPLATE
