    Tuesday - Max Effort Upper Body

    Barbell Bench Press - Max 5

    Dumbell Bench Press - 3x6-10 (palms in)

    Seated Rows - 4x10-15

    Bent Over Dumbell Flys 3x12-15

    Weighted Sit Ups 3x8-15



    Thursday - Lower Body

    Deadlifts - Max 5

    Smith Reverse Lunges 3-4x8-15

    Leg Curls 3-4x6-10



    Saturday - Upper Body

    Barbell Bench Press - 3 sets of rep max (60kg - 60 seconds in between)

    Skull Crushers - 3-4x5-10

    Lat Pull Downs - 4x12

    Dumbell Shoulder Press 3x10-15

    Barbell Curls 3x8-10

    I am not sure what you are looking for us to critique. You posted what seems to be exercises from the template provided. These exercises should change every 1-3 weeks for Max Effort lifts, and 3-4ish for accessory/supplementary. So what is the question?

    if you use the exercies from the westside template you CAN"t mess it up. I have no Idea why people keep asking us to critique their westside programs. I have no problem helping you out but YOU DON"T NEED HELP CRITIQUING IF YOU FOLLOW THE TEMPLATE
