hard to post or help with a diet ifyou don't tell us your activity level and weight and the grams of protein in a chicken breast is relative to the weight of said breast, i'd say one ounce of chicken is about 6g of protein though for reference.
    Unaffiliated.

The juices are reduced when you cook it, so there is more protien per ounce.

    Stats

Working out 5 days a week with free weights. I am getting back int lifting after a long layoff. My goal is to gain size and strength .I am just starting a cycle with some gear and want to eat right. I am 6 foot tall and 230 pounds. Not sur what my B/F % is but its up there. If you saw me standing infront of you, you would not beleive me if i told you i was 230 lbs. I hold my weight very well and am pretty solid for someone that hasent worked out in a couple of years.
