I actually experienced acne while on a c-k-d. Surprising since I'm 33 and a bit old to be breaking out. I could be way off here, but I attributed it to the increased intake of flax/fish oils, which are known to raise test levels, hence the breakout. Just a guess, though...

I would like an explanation to all this. In what way could keto make it better. I have acne, not horrible, but it is a nuisance. What in the keto diet would help with the acne?
