Im kind of amazed
Since I started the new second job and have been training 2 clients on my own, my time has been limited the past 8 days- worked every day and sometimes at both things in the same day. As a consequence, I've only trained 3 times in the past 10 days- and one workout was cut a bit short. I was stunned when I weighed myself tonite- a whopping 245 lbs! That's a 7 lb gain in a week. I haven't been eating more- no time for that- but I took some pics tonight to make sure it wasn't fat. I don't see any decline in my condition, in fact I think if anything, I look harder. If I'm wrong. Let mE know! Otherwise, this is amazing!

I need to see more, it's all for evaluation purpose of courseThis lifestyle is not easy. It takes consistent, disciplined, dedicated effort and sacrifice. It takes planning and focus. Most of all it takes a never-say-die attitude and the balls to keep on keeping on even during those periods when you make no progress!

Something really cool, I'm going to the Team Universe selection and get to see my friend Dave Mastorakis. (one of the best short men ever) go for a birth on the Team! He's drug free and closing in on 4 % BF. Should be fun!

I plummeted to 244 yesterday following Fridays workout, but by tonite had rebounded to 249, it wasn't just the rest, I worked 16 out the last 24 - call me Jack Boeur, but I think the TIME plays a roll- my body can only replenish so fast, going to try and get up and train tommorrow before work. Ps. Going to the Team Universe Sat and afterwards having Dinnner with Dave Mastorakis and friends, how cool is that!?
