i'm ok with farmed salmon as long as it doesn't come from Asia. farmed salmon is much fattier than wild caught so it tastes far better and has a much higher Omega-3 content.

the bars are the best i've found. Ingredients - 3 Egg Whites, 6 Almonds, 4 Cashews, 2 Dates, Cocoa, Sea Salt. also "Natural Flavors" which is not great tho.
