Hello everyone
I would like to start the Fierce 5 dumbbell routine. Do you know the workout days? I was guessing it's the same as the barbell routine but I want to make sure.
I'm thinking A skip day B skip day A and rotate.

Correct, it's the same as the barbell routine.
Good call sticking with a proven novice program. While you can research and figure out your own program, there's no reason to reinvent the wheel and I can't remember the last time a novice posted a program here that they wrote which did not have serious flaws.▪█─────█▪ Equipment Crew #79 ▪█─────█▪
