lol weathered used to be my jam in high school
The other day I randomly busted out One Last Breath on my guitar for the first time in 20 years, that was a complex-ass song to learn for me back then lolLifts:

I've always loved My Sacrifice from that album. It sounds almost like Smashing Pumpkins--different from their usual stuff and other popular rock songs from that era.
If you like Creed, you should check out Revis. They released one album in 2003, Places for Breathing, that has a very similar sound. To me, every Creed album has 2 or 3 hit singles and a lot of filler. Revis didn't have any big hits, but their album is a great listen from start to finish.

Creed is one of the best bands ever formed, the lead singer's voice really gives their music a unique feel
He has a lot of vocal range, won voice of the year like 3 years in a row*Tolerance is the lube that slides the dildo of dysfunction into the ass of civilized society*

With Arms Wide Open is one of about 3 songs that makes me cry. Very srs.
So two things about my dad. He never liked me very much and always treated me as a disappointment. And he's also a huge fan of all the corny late 90s, early 2000s post grunge. He unironically phuckin loves Creed and Nickelback.
Here's this late 90s post-grunge ballad about a new father who's just stoked to meet his future kid. It's the late 90s, the world is awesome, this kid will be awesome, dad is super optimistic and just can't wait. It's really easy to think of my dad being in those shoes, he might as well be narrating the song. Then you throw in an FA ******* in there, and and things just start heading down hill. Kind of makes me feel like the turd in the punch bowl.
The rest of Creed's catalog is fine. But they've got one song that really cuts deep.FA Crew
