I live in the middle of a small town. My rent in my apartment is $950 a month. It's expensive as **** but I live right on main street with amazing date places literally outside my front door. This is tiny and $1675 but it’s brand new, if I was single I would consider this due to how close it is to work and Edgewater Beach. Actually that is pretty expensive that’s my current house payment.
