Most liquids we consume are made up of mostly water so OP is right. Milk is 87% water and orange juice is 90% water for example

I drink milk and different juices a lot so I haven't had water by itself in years. I'm very healthy and never feel dehydrated

I'm lactose intolerant and orange juice is full of added sugars.

You crave water because you eat cooked foods and eat a high salt diet. Salt should be avoided at all costs.

If you ate a raw diet you would never crave water. If it all.

Maybe once a month I'll drink some spring water but that's about it.

1. You say water is pointless because it flushes nutrients from your body, then you say not to eat salt when sodium is one of the many electrolytes that can be found in water to make it "hydrating". I really feel like youre just making things up at this point. Our bodies are 70% water. Yes you can get water fro fruits and veggies but I'd wager because so many metabolic processes in our bodies require water that it would be beneficial to drink straight water from time to time.

2. You must not live in a hot climate, because no amount of raw vegetables is going to quench my thirst when its 95 degrees outside, but I guarantee a tall glass of ice cold water will do the trick.
