I don't even understand his logic for the tech industry.

I would say majority of tech people do not even work in Big Tech.

There is a lot of digitalisation in banking and asset management, on top of that you have the algorithmic trading divisions in banks, especially the asset mgmts that specialise in this.

More so, there are instances of tech in other big businesses who do not sell tech at all.

And... there are tech companies like Google and Amazon with diversified incomes.

I think you travel all around but I’m surrounded by Meta, Google and Apple employees and their companies. Plus I work at a tech company.

I don’t see the housing market or tech markets crashing. People from China come in and buy the houses in cash or people use their RSUs and have family in China help with the down payment.
