I don't believe Israel/The US's lies at all. I believe the real BEST Possible success rate for interception for Israel IN THEIR WILDEST DREAMS was 99% drone interception, 95% Cruise Missile Interception, and 90% Ballistic Missile Interception.
This is why there so incredibly scared of Iran with nuclear weapons, because there is there will NOT be at east in this century even a 90% effective defense against Thermonuclear ICBMs, let alone a 100% effective one.
Basically what this means is even if North Korea fired all their Thermonuclear ICBMs at you, it's time to Pepper your Angus.
