Used to work in a place, they gave a 7 min daily toilet allowance.
Wonder if that has had any long term effect on my health sometimes.

Anyone Ever Worked Where Toilet Breaks are Strictly Timed/Limited?
...and according to which an ensign might rank incomparably higher than a general, and according to which what was needed for success in the service was not effort or work, or courage, or perseverance, but only the knowledge of how to get on with those who can grant rewards, and he was himself often surprised at the rapidity of his success, and at the inability of others to understand these things

Absofuarkinglutely. Not just short term but long term effects, even permanant depending on the amount of abuse.
When my body says pee or poo poo time i disregard everything that i am doing right then and there and rush to the restroom.
That is quite litterally the finish line of the most complex biological process in the world, and should be given the utmost highest level of respect.

I know of a place that you are not allowed to use the restroom aside for your 1 10 min break in your 10 hour shift. Also you aren't allowed to have your phone on your person the entire shift. Debated working there because it pays well and gives great benefits.
