I can do 60s but i do them kinda like Jay Cutler, with some momentum going, I'm not into super strict form, I train like Arnold, Franco, Jay Cutler, etc

Why would go that heavy? 50s, 60s, for laterals? Seems a bit fraud-ish. Either that or you're asking for trouble injury wise.
I keep them light. I don't think I've ever gone above 20lbs for laterals. I just do more reps on this exercise.
You'll make way more gains using lighter weight with good form than using massive dumbells. Your medial delts can grow on very light weight. It's not like training chest or legs.Back off, Warchild.
